PUPILS FROM HOLYWELL PRIMARY SCHOOL, BAG CASH FOR THEIR SCHOOL AFTER WINNING ROBINSON OPTICIANS’ POSTER COMPETITION

TWO pupils proved they had an eye for art after winning a Rubery opticians’ competition to design a poster promoting the importance of regular eye tests.

Robinson Opticians on New Road launched the competition for local primary schools, to challenge pupils to design a winning poster which would earn their school £100.

RUBERY COMMUNITY & LEISURE CENTRE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

The Rubery Community and Leisure Centre has been offering amenities to the local community for over 30 years now, we are a registered charity and solely manned and operated by volunteers, it was formerly known as the Rubery leisure project, and before that St Oswald’s camp.
